huawei 830 unlock (error code 21)

plz mods i have problem unlocking & repairing vodafone 830 locked to vodafone Egypt

it shows on screen

test result of secret data

fixed operator id error

& not detect any sim for this error

& this the phone info from software

DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0575

while trying to unlock with ticking unlock & repair security data

the phone goes into bootloader mode & the software gives this error

Check, if you use the latest dc-unlocker software version.
Check, if device is detected by autodetect.
Check, if no other modems or phones are connected to computer at unlock time.
Check after error in device manager if there are no unknown devices. If so, then update drivers from phone for this device.

Try to check, if port com port number for this device in device manager is same before unlock (before error) and after error. If not same, then make it same, restart computer and do unlock again.
