E585 doesn't unlock & the credit is gone

Hi
i have Huawei E585 bought it from 3 in UK last summer
i bought 15 credit to unlock it today...
i installed the software to my XP & it doesn't detect my device in auto detect mode "with my local SIM not 3's" but when i choose E585 from the Model menu it recognize it...
then its start unlocking but suddenly i got this message "error code 23"

and when i tried to reconnect my device again to unlock it i found my credit become "0" but the strange thing is after the error code 23 Dc-unlocker SW said that my device is unlocked now "local SIM inside not 3's"


i tried my local SIM but it doesn't connect to the network "now it doesn't say Invalid SIM" but still no network, i already tried to enter the APN but with no luck "i'm 100% sure about the APN"

and now each time i connect the device to my computer the computer crash with the blue screen!!

Now i have no credit to unlock the same device. and i think its still locked to the 3 Network...

What can i do now please?

You can unlock same device again without credits. Just use same username and password.
