restart computer
enter phone connected to usb into another usb slot on your computer
wait few minutes for drivers to install
accept all pop ups for installation
then make sure no huawei software is open
search with dc
and unlock

Check, if device is detected by autodetect.
Check, if no other modems or phones are connected to computer at unlock time.
Also, check, if you do not miss to reconnect usb cable when software ask for it.
After error try to open device manager and check, if there are no unknown devices. If so, update drivers from phone.
