Error 63 means no username. Did you enter username and password? Did you buy credits?

For error 63 you need to enter your username and password. Or connect dongle and press check login. then do unlock.

Maybe modem is busy. Try other update file.

In FMC Update the same error like the Error from dhicktan .. And with DC Unlocker also Error 45
