Unlocking Huawei E5836

After many tries on unlocking this device, I tried using the DC-Unlocker, and purchased 15 credits and the "unlock" button will not show up.

Is there not original sim card inserted? Or original? If original, then could you try to detect with not original and copy here what is detected?

Thanks for the advice, I actually removed the sim card and tried unlocking and it worked! I never really thought about removing the sim card.
