i have a modem , huawei E1690 but when trying to read modem info i cant find the serial number ( blank ) see the pic
even with any software reading ( dc-unlocker and else ) there is no serial number , although this problem doesn't efects at the modem work but i need to solve it
i updated the firmware but the problem is still there
how to solve this ?
