vodafone 845 spain ¿how to?

Hello I m trying to unlock my vodafone 845 but the unlocker client 1000597 tell me: phone not found!

What can I do?

If you can not detect you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the phone software is closed
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

Mean close phone software (pc suite or other) before detect.
Need to turn on phone.
Drivers should install from phone.

Something is using same com port or not all drivers are installed.
