error code 12 when unlocking huawei b260a

i just recently purched 15 credits, try to unlock my huawei b260a. but i got this errors below. plz have a look what's wrong with it.

Thx for the reply, i have already talk to the live chat Tecksupport for 2 times . but who did give me much help. only teld me that he will contact with programer about it, and he doesn't konw when there will be a reply. and my errors code 12 still. just did what u asked me in the email which u sent to me.
