If it's South Africa Vodacom/MTN then your K4505 is NOT locked!

If you're using Vodafone software, this will be your problem!

Install a PC installed copy of Mobile Partner, set up a profile:

Static APN
APN: internet
User: leave empty
Password: leave empty

Save and make default and it will work on MTN and Vodacom!

This applies to the K4505 and NOT the K4505-Z which is a ZTE device!
