Inq unlock problem

For correct Huawei phone detection, please turn ON phone, wait while fully starts, turn into USB and after windows detects device, you can press "Detect phone".

Sure all drivers are installed?
Check, if phone software is closed.
Disconnect all other phones or modems if are conencted.
Maybe you miss to reconnect usb cable when software ask for it?

If this does not help, after error open device manager and check for unknown devices there. If there are any, then unpdate its drivers with drivers from phone. Then restar tand try to do unlock again.

please help i have activated dc unlocker on vygis dongle but i do not have credit is it to unlock inq q1 h218 with credit or free with activation

Unlocking is free if dongle has dc-unlocker activation.
