Vodafoen 840 3G error with drivers

When switching to boot download mode, it asks for 2 pcs drivers. I dont fidn these drivers anywhere, it says Huawei Mobile for both of them. Phone is installed OK in device driver when in normal mode, just boot mode driver not working. Cannot find self installing interna drive of phone.

Please help!

Try to copy driver folder from phone to computer. Then, when you see new devices, update them with drivers from folder.

Sure all drivers are installed?
Check, if phone software is closed.
Disconnect all other phones or modems if are conencted.
Maybe you miss to reconnect usb cable when software ask for it?

If this does not help, after error open device manager and check for unknown devices there. If there are amy, then unpdate its drivers with drivers from phone. Then restart tand try to do unlock again.
