This is E173EU-1, the USB 3G model available of Viettel provider of Vietnam.
After buying this USB 3G, I checked it with original Simcard, it's OK.
Then I inserted another Simcard of another provider (Vinaphone), running DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0597, and the report appeared like above.
