inq chat 3g purple screen

ok i want to unlock my inq chat 3g

i used 460 download to unlock it
it worked but i have a problem it say to restart the phone i cant do that i have a purple screen and if i remove the batter it resit the phone but does not unlock it and i cant restart it when it has a purple screen

what do i do

Remove battery and connect it back.
If phone still locked, use latest dc-unlocker software and repeat unlock.
