want to unlock E5830s Mini Router..

Dear All,
I have subscribed to VIVA telecom services in our country, Kuwait. With it I got E5830s Mini Route. But now I want to unlock this router.

As explained on this website I installed the "DC-Unlocker" client and made the search.

It detected my router and gave the following result. Please note when I got this result i was using the internet with the SIM in it.

Since it showed me status "unlock", i tried using SIM of another operator but it does not detect it.

I don't mind paying for the solution explained on the VIDEO of this website. But could someone please guarantee it would get unoacked 100%?

Insert other provider sim card and detect again. Then you will see real lock status.
Yes, this device can be unlocked.
