INQ B1-200h....Unlock problem...help

Hi, I've got INQ B1-200h phone now, I'm trying to detect the phone for unlocking bt always Phone not found, anybody can help my problem?plzzzzz

If you can not detect you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the phone software is closed
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

Install PC Suit for install right drivers.then detect phone.
