vodafone 840 unlocking failed, error code 24..pls help

i have newly purchase dc unlocker dongle and i have vodafone 840

for unlock properly installed the driver but when i try to unlock

ERROR CODE 24 always appear, what does code error means?pls help

Detect phone by autodetct and repeat unlock.
Also, be sure all drivers are installed.
Disconnect all other modem or phones if are connected.
Check, if phone software is closed.
Restart computer and do unlock again.

sir when the unit turn to bootloader mode it ask for another driver and not auto install if you have bootloader driver pls share the computer detects as HUAWEI MOBILE which i cant find for this driver...pls help

Copy all driver folder from phone. Then when it will ask for other driver, give driver folder to search fr drivers.

i did all what you said installed the driver restart pc but same error

i dont think this model can unlock by dc unlocker, i dont see successful

unlocked this model by dc....tnx for the reply the unit pull out by owner...

Try to install software that comes with phone. Maybe drivers will install with it.

i tried almost 4 hours but not succeed.
even on windows 7 was not installed when turned to botloader mode.

copied and pasted in my pc, driver installing always failed.
