Windows detects the phone when I connect to my PC but the unlocker can't detect it. Any suggestions?

If you can not detect you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the phone software is closed
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

I have the same problem, and I use Client 1.00.0401

Many thanks Vincentaz. The problem was that I didn't install the phone software first, which of course includes the drivers. Once I did that, the handset was detected first time and I successfully unlocked it.
