Unlocking Huawei E585

I'm trying to unlock E585 by using DC-Unlocker Tool newest version (1.00.0629). I think it may takes times around 5-60 seconds as you stated in website but I'm waiting for 10 minutes now and status is "Reading Unlock Code ...".

The running number beside status is now 00250000 and still running. Is it a normal behavior? If it's normal then I think I have to wait till it finished. Thank you.

After the number run to 00800000, program is hang as below:
