Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the phone software is closed
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.Comment

I'm having the same problem with this phone
The drivers are installed, the phone is in USB mode but the software is not detecting the phone. ANy ideas??
