Phone not found

Hello, I am new to this unlocking, I have a INQ 3G Chat with Telus that I wish to unlock, the phone has never been activated. I have downloaded and installed the lastest software and purchased 10 credits. The phone came with a usb cable that I have plugged into the usb port on my win xp pro desktop. When I run the software, I select "Huawei phones">>>"iNQ 3G Chat", then I get to port selection, and there is only com1 and com2 to choose from, do I need to map the usb to com1? if so, is there a procedure for this? thanks

Problem solved

Problem solved, found usb driver stored on phone, installed and was able to communicate and unlock INQ 3G Chat. thanks for this software.
