How to update FW Huawei E1550 ( VietNam)

Hello everyone.
Please help me this problem.
I can not update new firmware for Huawei E1550 (I live in VietNam and it is the product of Viettel Telecom).
It's an error like this

I closed the Viettel software but not, I remove it and install Mobile partner, but not always.
I think the reason is the 3rd line in the picture: " you do not have the..."
