huawei E160G call sound output help

hi can anyone help me to change sound output things in data card software ? eg where i can change output device ?default its working fine but i want to use this card for get calls on laptop and broadcast live them on radio station so we can use local number how ever i am using virtual audio cable for setup skype calls and there i add sound out put virtual audio cable line 1 but in mobile partner dashboard there are no option to change input or out put devices mean it detect auto default setting so any one know how to change manually output device ?i could not find a way thanks so much
