HUAWEI U8500 simlock read failed!

I tried to unlock this modell but internet connection lost and procedure not finished!
Now phone accept any sim card but can't connect to the provider.
I tried to unlock again but the unlock button is not active in the dc unlocker.
Here is my log:

How to solve this problem????

This model unlock should be done in normal mode, not fast boot.

I connect in normal mode via usb but the client software not found the phone!
Possible to write any manual how can i do this???

Thsupporter why don't make any manual for these phones. They think everybody know what sould do? I spend a lot of time with searching, why not write it to one place.

If you can not detect you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the phone software is closed
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

It is simple for normal mode: install drivers, detect, unlock. Also, it is written in software: For correct Huawei phone detection, please turn ON phone, wait while fully starts, turn into USB and after windows detects device, you can press "Detect phone".

Make sure drivers are installed.
Use latest DC-Unlocker client software.
Use Autodetect.
Turn off phone software (PC suite).
Try other USB port.
Try restarting your phone.
Try restarting your computer.
Try other computer.

Why you tell that you were not able to unlock in fastboot mode?
To solve error in normal mode, please check previous messages here.

Всё проверено, другой компьютер, драйвер, другая операционная система, проблема в том, что телефон изначально не виделся как модем, поэтому я попробовал его разблокировать в Fastboot - он определился, но в процессе выдал ошибку, далее я установил на нём официальную прошивку андроид 2.1, он стал определять модем, но разблокировать из обоих режимов не получается.

What error do you get? Please give us more information about it and then we will check what could be wrong.

fastboot - кнопка разблокировать не активна, так как информация о блокировке не доступна.
