With unlocked modem you need to use not customized software and enter your new provider connection settings (APN, username and others).

Need to enter your new provider connection settings (APN, username and others) and create profile with it. Then select it and click connect.

Uninstall and install again software from Modem's CD-ROM after unlock solved this problem. Thanks!
