HELP:Huawei E960 zain router

Please help me good people of this forum/house.I used the dongle to unlock my Huawei E960 Zain router.However the profile page is still greyed out(see attached pix).I cannt input new profile settings(e.g. APN of another network).I tried upgrading with the upgrade software on dc-files yet no change.Please help me out.Thank you all.

Try updating firmware and it should allow to change settings. Also, try to create new profile not to edit existing.

Thanks for your reply.but i have tried updating the software to no avail.the software does not change.

Try to check for other firmware file. Then update.

thanks the problem was actually the ppp settings.i selected the new network profile i created from the profile list of the ppp settings.
