Huawei U8150 COMET unlocked w/ no signal/sim card detection

please help me with my problem, I got my phone thru SMART GOLD (Philippines) retention plan. I downloaded the software and bought 10 credits via hipay for the unlock of the phone. I used DC Unlocker 1.00.0629, the detection and unlock was a success. but sad to say after unplugging and restarting my HUAWEI U8150 COMET and inserted a different sim card from where network the phone was locked. no signal and network was working for the phone, even if i inserted and tested the sim card of the original network and provider of the phone. I tested and manually scan for the available networks as well, the phone is detecting the different network here in the philippines but sad to say no network are registering to the phone.
