i have an huawei u8230 and i get error write timeout.
i've tryed on 2 pc and same error.

Try other drivers.
Try other cable.
Be sure you follow all instructions and driver is fully loaded.

i've unlocked an u8230 and 858 with same driver and cable.

Try other operating system computer.
