With both original and other sim card. Seems unit is unlocked as can get a connection with other sim.

there is no other software connected and it doesnt pick up in the device manager the application port waz not there at all.
correct me if i did anything wrong.
i tried to connect the dongle with simcard/and without simcard turned on and all software fully installed.
do i need to do anything else or is there any thing like test mode i need to put dongle or anything.

Try reinstalling driver. Try other drivers. Disconnect other modems if are connected.
