i have Idea Netsetter E1550 which i have purchased last month but now i dont want to use idea sim on it please help me to Unlock this device

If you have Huawei E1550 with firmware version 11.609.20.02.356, Build date May 25 2011 20:06:49, then you can unlock it with DC-Unlocker.
