You need to put phone in fastboot mode: Turn off the phone. Then press Power shortly. Then press and HOLD Vol- , Menu and Power buttons until you see sand clock.
Then connect phone to computer and follow the rest of instructions here:

Well guys, I tryed all you say herere without any success
Lets see...
-I have last version of dc unlock
-I Read all documents/topics in this forum regarding U8180/U8150 phones

- I downloaded drivers from this link : http://www.dc-unlocker.com/test/Puls...xp_w7_w764.zip
- I started phon in fastbot (vol down + main key _ power key) Now
I see a screen with few menu option reboot system now, apply sd card : update.zip, wipe data factory reset, wipe cache partition, touchscreen firmware update

In my windows 7 32b I cant install drivers like in tutorial you made for win7
I never see my ideos instaled as "Fastboot Interface (Google USB ID)" like in win7 tutorial
If I use "Search Automatically" option for install drivers computer never find a compatible driver
If I use drivers from package Pulse_Drivers_xp_w7_w764.zip
(Device manager: Ideos->Update driver->Browse my comp->Let me Pick from a list...->Have disk) I found two manufaturer (Google and Huawei) with 2 models for each
No model named "Fastboot Interface (Google USB ID)"
I tryed all 4 models with out any success, my phone still undetected

So , please anyone advised can guide me for see what I do wrong

It seems you still did not enter fastboot mode.

Turn off the phone. Then press Power shortly. Then press and HOLD Vol-, Menu and Power buttons until you see sand clock. This will enter to fastboot mode. Then connect your phone to computer and follow the rest of instructions.

Had the same trouble:

Fastboot version : 0.5
Product : U8150

then
Phone not found!

But i realized in the phone was MMC. After i put MMC away from the phone the unlocking process passed for a first attempt.

When i try to put in boot mode while pressing power+volume down+menu hughless logo appear but it start normally it doese not hang there, for this reason it cannot detect phone. Is there any otherway for boot mode?

Try to hold the buttons pressed longer. The phone should finally hang if you hold them for 20+ seconds.
