Huawei E173 do not find SIM after unlocking

Hi, i have 3 Huawei E173 from austrian operator A1 with his awful A1-dashboard. After unlocking Mobile Partner (and also A1 Dashboard, is only for this operator, no changes possible) do not detect SIMs (also A1-SIMs)
Firmware and Dashboard-Updates do not solve this problem.

Do Windows see the modem in "Modem" section in Device Manager?
Do Mobile Partner see networks available?

Modem is in Device Manager and Mobile Partner (Diagnostics) available. If no SIM detected, no network available... (also with other modems without SIM)

Sure you tested all these sim card with unbranded (not customized) mobile partner?

There is no problem with unlock. Modem is unlocked.
Also, many modems with this firmware are unlocked without probloblerms
There are no problems with drivers also. Alll devices are seen in device manager.
Check your sim. It may be sim problem. Try to use other sim card.

SIM works in other modems, i have three A1 SIMs, one T Mobile, one Yesss and one 3.

Sorry, do not know what may be wrong. If modem would not be unlocked, dc-unlocker would show it as locked.
