    E153EU-1 voice enable - unlock

    Hello,
    i get 4 credit from you BUT my usb modm still locked

    SIM Lock status : unlocked
    Wrong codes entered : 10 (unlock attempts left : 0)

    when i put enter Sim status changed to locked and voice disabled
    when i try to update firmware pass worded accepted but it not complete
    any help please
    i want voice to setup answer mashein in my pc
    is there are any answer mashing or ivr for usb modem

    Try old firmware and unlock again. It will cost no credits to unlock it second time.

            This device has customized firmware version. You can not unlock it by dc-unlocker. Also, this version does not allow you to do firmware update.
            Please write you username that you have used for unlock and we will do refund if possible.
