I have an INQ Q1-218H from canada. Is it supported for unlock by DC- Unlocker?

Do not need to flash. Detect by autodetect and repeat unlock.
If error again, then open device manager for unknown devices. Update unknown device drivers, restart computer and try to unlock again.

I have followed all your instructions with same results. I have even reset the phone, tried on several different computers, one with windows 7.
Still not work

I even downgraded your unlocking software to version 1.00.0416 and tried again still same result. Any other suggestions?

Did you reconnect usb cable when software asked for it? Sure you have not missed it?

Did you check for unknown devices in device manager after error?
Try to check com port number for this phone before unlock and after error?
Is it same? If not, then make it same, restart computer and phone and try unlocking again.

Ok. I checked the ports. The Diagnostic (PC UI Interface) port remains same. But for some reason I cant identify the Application port number. I see it listed under Universal Serial Bus Controllers as (USB Composite Device). I update the drivers for this by selecting the phone as the source for the drivers. No updated needed. Yet I still get error

Another thing I have noticed,I dont know if it is relevant but still. When I turn on the phone a canadian provider logo comes up (Koodo mobile) yet when I place a SIM from this provider it asks for NCK code. Now I am not sure which provider this set is locked to.
