Huawei E173 Unlock

hi guys, I got this datacard locked...
I tried to unlock it via dc unlocker software but it does not work, it cannot find the device, even though datacard is correctly installed..
how can I fix this?

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

Another software may be using ports needed. Or there might be that drivers are not installed correctly.
