Can this model be unlocked??

Its a pocket wifi branded one Huawei E585u-82 from vodafone australia.

I'm a dongle user but its not detecting it.. not supported yet??

any plans adding it soon??

This model should be supported.
If it is not found, try to do the following:
Make sure drivers are installed.
Use latest DC-Unlocker client software.
Use autodetect.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.
Try restarting your computer.
If the problem still exists, try other computer.

all drivers installing fine and can access admin on v2 page but dc-unlocker wont detect it.. even if i manually try enter the port.

I also have v1 and that detects fine.

Did you try other computer?
You should use computer where v1 drivers are not installed.
Also, close v2 page when using DC-Unlocker.

Yes, tried all that below but dc-unlocker wont detect modem.

admin page etc all OK v1 or v2 can use modem like normal via admin page. (win7)

V2 with a winXP machine that's never had a modem installed on it before.. all drivers install fine went into admin page right after install all fine.

Same issues dc-unlocker wont detect it.

Could you write firmware version? I would check, if we have any device unlocked with this firmware version, if not, then maybe there is anything new.

This model certainly doesn't work with dc-unlocker.

Tried restarting, different PCs, etc. It's the E585u-82 model from Vodafone Australia.

I only have a dc-unlocker dongle with no credits and 2 x E585 v2 locked to vodafone australia if i can help??

I am in the same boat. I have the E585 v2 from vodafone australia. DC unlocker is not detecting it and various unlock codes found on the internet have failed. The old manual method for unlocking the first version also failed.

hello to all your guys i have a e585 that i unlocked 4 weeks ago with no problems so i bought a secound one but am having the same problem .Not being detected done all of the above with no luck is it possible VF have blocked them from being done .i spoke on live chat not much help only told me to do things i had done already its a shame these modem work really well .Well ill habg around till some one will find a fix and look on ebay for a unlocked one

Are they both running the same version ??

you can actually get it detected now use the latest version of dc-unlocker it will detect it but it says the modem is unsupported.

To detect it with dc-unlocker you need to manually choose E585 and set the port in which is shown in device manager.

Using the auto detect option wont work.
