Hello. I think you did not follow the procedure carefully. When phone hangs (after pressing the 3 buttons combination), you have to connect it to PC with USB cable and install drivers ( http://www.dc-unlocker.com/test/Puls...xp_w7_w764.zip ). And then follow the rest of procedure ( http://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei_u8...lock_procedure ).

Which dc-unlocker version do you use?
What device you see in device manager after phone goes to fast boot mode?
Are you able to install drivers for it?
