Hello. You have to connect a LAN cable to it and then set up a wireless connection in your computer. IP, login and password is different on every provider.
originally the router was from vodafone spain but i would like to use with orange spain.
i finally got access to the router menu but it is still from vodafone with itīs own firmware configuration so i can not connect by rj45 or wifi as i can not change the parameters, i guess the router needs a free firmware update, any ideas about how to make it work? so far it ONLY WORKS with usb cable and the program mobile partner.
i just instaled the firmawe available on http://www.dc-files.com/files/huawei/routers/B970/ and now my router menu is in german, still from vodafone and again i cant change anythin, so i am still without internet by rj45 or wifi, what can i do?

I am sorry, but DC-Unlocker will not help you with changing firmware.
understood, but i still have the original fimrware and still cant connect by rj45 or wifi.
Please correct me if im wrong but once i unlocked the router with your program im only able to connect by usb cable and the program mobile partner, is this how the router is unlocked? if so this is not a real unlock to me as the configuration on the router cant be modified.

No, you are not right. DC-Unlocker does not affect connection method to your computer and does not change the type of software that the modem will be using.
so if the router is from vodafone with its own personalized firmare to connect and i unlocked no body will be able to use as a router or by wifi as will ONLY WORK with an usb cable. understood but not what i thought.
Now the question will be... Is it possible to change the firmware on the router? has anybody changed it? if so, from where can i download the firmware that will let me change the internal parameters?

If you changed the firmware before, then it means that it is possible to change firmware.
