HUAWEI E353 dongle- NOT connecting to gsm............

i bought this dongle 6 days ago...
on 3g it was ok .......but i was shocked to see today that it didnt work on 2g(they claimed it to be working on edge).....
no network whatsoever...
i tried with 3 operator and it showed nothing.....
in india we are not covered everywhere with 3g and desperately need to support 2g gsm network............

i m stunned now wat to do.... it costed me 2800 ....
please guys guide me too what to do now.......
how to get their technical support.............

I think it's to do with the firmware. Anyone with the latest firmware problem, pls advise...

E353 Three logo (ex UK) contains no 2g Module inside. There is no fix for this. It is a low cost 3g modem only.

Sorry to say that this model can never work on 2g.
