E 367 Unlocked, now not recognised / cant use Mobile Partner software
E 367 Unlocked, now not recognised / cant use Mobile Partner software
Ok so i managed to unlock the E367 but now my computer wont recognise it and also when i tried to use the "Not customised managers" it doesnt recognise / i do not have a clue what to do now.
If anyone could assist me i would be most grateful.
Ok so it shows up in other devices i mean once i open the mobile partner software to try and use it nothing shows up, no devices.
And if i use the dc-unlocker and search it shows this:
Detecting card :
selection :
manufacturer - Huawei modems
model - Auto detect (recommended)
modem not found !
Sorry im probably being a complete noob.
If you see this modem in Other devices or Unknown devices, then Right click>Update drivers>From internet. If the wizard will not find drivers, try to choose to manually update them and point the wizard to your software driver folder.
Ok so i went through both of these pages and nothing seems to work, device manager says huawei mobile connet - bus enumerate device "is installed" but huawei mobile is still showing up uninstalled when i connect the device.
also now says The devie has been disconnected or is unavailable, i tried looking for some huawei E367 drivers but found nothing. Uninstalled everything twice and it still doesnt seem to play ball.... i hope my dongle is not fried from the unlock
Thanks if anyone has some more information to hand, as im a bit of a novice.
Yes sorry it comes up in the other devices section with a grey question mark on it
If you still see any devices in device manager related to modem it is not totally broken.
Maybe any driver is missing. Try to remove all huawei drivers from computer first, then install drivers manually from dashboard driver folder.
Then remove (dissable or eject) cd-rom (if you see it) and wait.
After some time it should find new devices and should install drivers.
