I need help, I have a huawei um840 that after putting a sim card from another operator to put the original sim card tells me "password reset sim unlock" placing your PIN code and the sim card puk and nothing... if anyone can help me or tell me how I can solve that problem I would appreciate

Hello. Try this, maybe it will help:
1. Turn on the phone and when prompted to enter password enter 1234
2. Press END key twice quickly at the password error screen.
3. Press the dial pad icon.
4. Enter *1673492846 then press the down key on the Dpad
5. Select menu option 8, 1, 1
