Hello. How to unlock this modem you can watch here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/tutorials
There is no function to disable voice feature with DC-Unlocker.
If modem does not catch any network with original SIM card, then please try another SIM card, maybe this one is corrupted. Or make sure it is inserted correctly.
