DC unlocker freeze when starting kernel

I have a very annoying problem. I have paid for 10 credits to unlock my Vodafone 858 Smart phone. The softwer recognizes it as u8150 (I think it's called u8160 by the way...) and after it starts the DC unlocker kernel it freezes and nothing happens. I attached a picture of it.

Please help! I hope I haven't lost the money I paid for the credits and I can unlock this phone.

Try restarting computer and phone.
Be sure all is done according to instructions.
Try other computer
Try other usb port that is direct to motherboard without usb hubs.
Try other usb cable.
Be sure battery fully loaded.

Hello. Your problem was that your phones firmware version was not supported by DC-Unlocker. This was found out after you contacted via Live Chat.
