I already deinstall Samsung drivers , uninstal all ADB devices via DC Uninstal device sofware - but not succes. Can I detect other way f.e. U8150 - Vol- plus Back plus Power or something else

Turn off the phone. Press POWER button shortly. Then at the same time press and hold VOL-, END and POWER buttons. Hold until your phone hangs. This should work on U8500.
