cant unlock Huawei b260a

I'm running windows 7 64bit on my laptop and on my pc I've tried to unlock Huawei b260a router (I'm in Ireland with 3) and I've had no success i have tried it with the lan cable and over wifi but with no joy. I paid for your software credits because i was under the impression that it would unlock my router if this is not the case i will be expecting a full refund.

Hello. Could you provide us more information about your PC? What windows version are you using?
Also, can you try to unlock with older DC-Unlocker version? http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/woetagnJ

hi ya sorry for the lat return i'v tried using that older dc unlocker same problem I've tried it on both computers one has windows ultimate 7 64 bit service pack 1 and the other has windows home premium 7 64 bit service pack 1. i'v tried turning off the firewall on my router im gona turn off my computers firewall next. im usine a huawei usb key for the internet connection and the dc unlocker software is picking up the router no prob and connecting to your servers no prob. i am connected to the router via a lan cable

Could you try to use 32 bit system and other connection type (not modem connection) or modem but other manufacturer (not huawei).

I have already tried using the router it's self as my Internet connection and the USB modem I don't have a 32 bit system to try but maybe I can borrow one. I have the different network sim in the router at the mo so no connection ( until the 19th because i'v used this months data on the working sim). Should I have the working sim in the router or the invalid sim? If I'm using the invalid sim I won't be able to connect to the servers unless I use the USB dongle I have.

Has any one actualy unlocked an Huawei b260a using dc unlocker because I'm getting the feeling no one has and I'm being asked to try random things.

But I must say thanks for any suggestions I appreciate them and will try them

Yes, 32 bit systems would be better. There should be other provider (invalid sim) inserted at detect time. Router must be no connected to internet when you detect it. It should be only connected by lan cable.
You must have other internet connection (best would be not modem connection, because there may be conflict) LAN or wifi.
Yes, there are many of these unlocked by dc-unlocker.
