Can huawei u3200-9 be unlock?

I connected the phone by dongle
DC unlocker 2 client 1.00.0616

The phone model was not detected with Auto detected (recommended)
So I set de phone manually
Huawei U3200/U3209

And I set de ports as :

Application COM4
Diagnostic COM5

Hello. You should use Autodetect to unlock this phone.
If phone is not found, please check this:
Make sure drivers are installed.
Use latest DC-Unlocker client software.
Use autodetect.
Make sure there is no phone software running.
Try restarting your computer.
If the problem still exists, try other computer.

After you fully check these steps, and still get the same errors, please try with older DC-Unlocker version: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/BUf3bENx
