Hello. If modem not found, please check this:

Make sure drivers are installed.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.
Make sure modem software is turned off.
Make sure there is no other Huawei device connected at the same time.
Try restarting your computer.
If the problem still exists, try other computer.

I am tried all of you say me,

My modem is installed on COM8(see atached file),
I'm restarted computer, with SIM card and without SIM card,
modem software is turned off, i haven't other Huawei devices,
and I tried in other 2 computers too, in other PC-s i have this problem too,
and see the attached files... i have this problem in 3 computers

Uninstall other modems drivers, also, disconnect it. Then restart computer and router and try detecting again.
