Not enough credits

I have tried to unlock huawei E160G and bought 6 credits as listed in website but when I try to unlock it is telling me that I do not have enough credits when it is showing that i indeed have 6 credits.

How much credits do I need or what is the problem?

You need have 15 credits to unlock this modem, price list is there :

6 credits is for DC unlocker dongle (or Vygis dongles with dc activations) users.

Can you tell me were I can find software to be able to connect as I do not think that the one I have on 3 will allow me to connect right

You can easly install original huawei dashboard "mobile partner" for E169 into E160G
