This happen because modem responds that voice feature is still disabled, even if DC-Unlocker enabled it already. You should try to restart your modem aand try again detecting it.
Also, try using voice feature - it should work now.

I restarted the modem, but DC-Unlocker still says that the voice feature is disabled. However when I found a working Mobile Partner version, the voice calls worked.
