What DC-Unlocker you are using? Are you sure that there is not corrupted other providers SIM card inserted?

It may be that your modem is unlocked. Just try to us unbranded (not customized) connection manager. You can download it here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads...mised_managers
