unable to detect U8300

Wondering if anyone can help. Followed the instructions, let PC install the phone, then tried to detect phone, cannot get past 'phone not found'!

Wondering if anyone can help. Followed the instructions, let PC install the phone, then tried to detect phone, cannot get past 'phone not found'!

If you get 'phone not found', please check this:

Make sure drivers are installed.
Use latest DC-Unlocker client software.
Use Autodetect.
Connect phone to USB port which is directly to motherboard.
Connect phone to other USB port.
Turn off phone software (PC suite).
Try restarting your phone.
Try restarting your computer.
Try other computer.
